This book is not a cure for Cancer but it is a book that I hope will show people how their thoughts affect their perceived reality and how this can then affect your physical body. I was inspired to write using the metaphor of weeds in a garden to relate how our thoughts affect who we are.
Just think how weeds spread (negative thoughts) and how they choke your flowers (positive thoughts). I have written about the four gardens: the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical gardens needing to be in balance.The key to all this is Love and this LOVE must start with yourselves.
